The International Diplomacy Initiative (IDI) is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization working to Identify the next generation of leading diplomats and prepare them for the increasingly important world of diplomacy.
IDI

Promotes careers in diplomacy for youth by exposing them to diplomacy and diplomats;

Provides diplomatic skills and knowledge for interested youth; and

Provides exposure to, and experience with, current and former diplomats as well as related professionals from around the world.

Programming includes:

Career Awareness and Exploration.

Exposure to diplomats and others involved with diplomacy.

Educational opportunities regarding the applicability, opportunities and limitations of diplomacy in current world events.

We Believe In:
* In the global world while respecting the sovereignty of every country\state (recognized by UN), their cultures, traditions, and beliefs.
* In human equality regardless of gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual identity, or other characteristics.
* In freedom of speech and exchange of ideas.
We condemn:
*Radical political (both far-right and far-left ideologies) and radical religious ideologies.
*Anti-Semitism (IDI support IHRA definition of Anti-Semitism), Islamophobia, Xenophobia, and discrimination against or targeting of certain group of people.
